Jose Argimiro Cordobés Pérez, born in Gijón, Asturias, (Spain) shares his affection for his homeland with Elche (Alicante, Spain) where he has been living for forty years. His literary works include, “De Kolpino a Krasny Bor” (published by La Rueca), “La Fuente del Fraile” (a book shared with eighteen other authors and published by Letras de Autor), “El Monaguillo” (self-published), and “A lo Largo del Camino” . (This novel has been included in the bibliographic archives of ONCE and has an audio-digital support available on request to the subscribers of this national organization for the blind.) A collection of children’s stories, some of which are compiled in “Dentin the Beaver and other stories” , has been published on the Amazon portal. His body of work is completed with dialogues for three musical farces : “No Tardes Tom” , (performed at La Llotja in Elche), “La Ultima Barraca” , (performed at La Llotja, el Gran Teatro de Elche, and at the Auditorium of El Palmeral School), and “El Festival” (forthcoming). These farces have been successfully performed by the Choral Group Dama de Elche, to full houses and with great acclaim.
